Confirmed/True Spoilers

Spoiler:: 1.Breezepelt and Heathertail are not and never will be mates; 2.Thunder was named after the Thunderpath; 3.When Warriors was still in it's early stages, Bluestar's original warrior name was Moonstone, and her leader name Moonstar.; 4.Harpercollins cancelled Alligences of The Clans because they thought there wasn't enough material for a whole book.; 5.Brairlight will live for a little longer (Most likely past Night Whispers); 6. Heathertail no longer loves Lionblaze; 7.Leafpool won't take another mate; 8.Mapleshade is a big tortishell and white she cat with amber eyes. The New Prophecy was orignnaly going to be a trilogy; the working title for this trilogy was Warriors; The Next Generation; 70. The original title for Sunrise was Cruel Season, but the publisher deemed this title "too depressing" and the title was too dark for any school board to buy the book for their library system, so Vicky was forced to change it.; 71. The Fourth Apprentice was orignally going to be the fourth arc title and the first book was going to be titled Ambush, but for some reason The Fourth Apprentice became the first book, Omen of the Stars became the Arc title and Ambush was abandoned altogether.; 72. Betrayal or Dark Betrayal was the original title for Night Whispers, but Vicky and the US editor got into a big fight over it and it became Night Whispers.; 73. The Curse was seen as a title for Dark River in the back of The Sight books, but for some reason the original title was given the boot.; 74. Fuzzypelt was named after Fuzzy Felt, a toy Vicky played with when she was little.; 75. There are hidden quotes from Ranbo and Gladiator in Warriors!; 76. The magazine Cat Fancy had a cameo in SkyClan and the Stranger; The Rescue on Page 82; 77. Macgyver in SkyClan's Destiny is named after.. Macgyver in ther TV show of the same name, since Vicky is a fan of it; 78. Vicky intends to bring Midnight back before OOTS is over. She wanted to make Midnight evil, but her editor talked her out of it; 79. Jayfeather will be getting romance in SOTM; 80. Brightheart will return to the nursery some time; 81. The fifth seris will be about the founding leader and/or the ancient clans; 82.Brightheart will return to the nursery some time; 83. The fifth seris will be about the founding leader and/or the ancient clans; 84. If it were entirely up to Vicky, she would put Cinderheart on the role of ThunderClan's next leader.; 85. SPOILERS FOR THE FORGOTTEN WARRIOR AND MORE :D

Okay, so I actually got The Forgotten Warrior on Tuesday, but kinda forgot to tell you guys everything XD So here goes.

***SPOILERS FOR THE FORGOTTEN WARRIOR***

In the prologue, we see a cat trying to get to the clans, who is looking for vengeance. It is assumed, and confirmed later, that this cat is Sol.
Cinderheart is told by Jayfeather in a dream that she is the reincarnation of Cinderpelt. She becomes a medicine cat, which saddens Lionblaze. But then Jayfeather tells her that her destiny in life is to do what she wants, and she becomes a warrior again.
Sol returns, after being found by Lionblaze in a tunnel.
Sorreltail has two kits, Seedkit and Lilykit.
Cherrypaw and Molepaw become apprentice to Foxleap and Rosepetal. They are attacked by foxes, but saved by Hollyleaf, though only Molepaw and Cherrypaw see her. They think this cat is Sol though.
Antpelt is killed in the Dark Forest, therefor dying forever. It is Ivypool that kills him, so she can become a Dark Forest Warrior. Breezepelt vows revenge.
Dawnpelt claims she saw Jayfeather drown Flametail and accuses him openly at a gathering, Tigerheart warned Dovewing and Ivypool previously about his sister's intentions. But now Tigerheart agrees that Jayfeather killed his brother. The medicine cats from the other clans think Jayfeather should step down, but Jayfeather refuses. Most of the clans do not think Jayfeather killed Flametail.
Bumblestripe and Dovewing are pretty much confirmed at this point. Bumblestripe brings her to a secret location in the forest, full of really pretty flowers and they talk and laugh. And Bumblestripe tells her he wishes they were more than friends in one point. OH HE'S SO CUTE. I call them the Dumbledore shipping (Bumble+D=Dumble=Dumbledore)
Hollyleaf returns, after helping Ivypool and Dovewing out of a tunnel. Lionblaze leads them all back to the clans.
Sol returns, only to go to ThunderClan and persuade some of the cats to launch an attack on WindClan, but then he vanishes and never comes back. When Dovewing and Ivypool go into the tunnels to find him, they find out he's been teaching WindClan cats about the tunnels so they can launch an attack on ThunderClan, this is when they find Hollyleaf.
Firestar learns about WindClan's attack and puts Hollyleaf in charge of training ThunderClan in tunnel fighting, they do some awesome parquor stuff haha.
Hollyleaf goes to join a patrol, but Mousewhisker gets upset, and says he wants to know where she was and what she was doing. Other cats agree and say hows its curious that she disappeared after Ashfur died. Hollyleaf is about to explain that she killed him, but Brambleclaw jumps in an explains he was also there and saw it was an accident, covering for Hollyleaf. There is no punishment for Brambleclaw or Hollyleaf because Firestar says Hollyleaf's self exile was punishment itself and Brambleclaw was holding it in for so long or something.
Mousefur knows great darkness is coming, and warns Jayfeather about it, though she doesn't know what.
Jayfeather says like nine times in the book how much he misses Half Moon. (D'AW THEY'RE ADORABLE)
Yellowfang tells us that Leafpool is forbidden from ever using her medicine cat knowledge, though I'm not sure if that's a StarClan rule or a Yellowfang rule. Yellowfang has been acting increasingly crazier throughout this series.
Birchfall has joined the Dark Forest.

Oh, and remember how Vicky told us waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back that Bumblestripe was going to fall in love with Ivypool and not Dovewing? Well, Vicky told us, after someone asked her if it was a mistake she said Ivypool or if something else was going to happen, and she told us this on her facebook:

I've been getting a lot of new news since The Forgotten Warrior is about to come out, and here is some more.

YOU CAN READ THE PROLOGUE, CHAPTER ONE, AND CHAPTER TWO OF THE FORGOTTEN WARRIOR ON IBOOKS. You just have to search The Forgotten Warrior on IBooks and find the preview :D I have not read it yet, because I don't want to spoil it for myself. :)

NEW FIELD GUIDE :D

ENTER THE CLANS *SQUEEEE* It will be available Summer 2012 and will be bundled with Secret of the Clans and Code of the Clans. It will be 400 pages with all three books. It will also include a teaser for Yellowfang's Secret, which makes me wonder when it will come out, since I thought it was going to come out summer 2012 also. Maybe it will come out fall. Who knows? I'M SO PUMPED. I will tell you more about it as I learn more about it.

That is all the information currently known about the book, and there has been no word from any of the Erins on what it is about. So there you have it :D

The Forgotten Warrior is Hollyleaf (Confirmed by Vicky Holmes at the official forum chat mentioned above)
The fourth cat does not have a power, was not reincarnated like the other three, and does not necessarily have to be related to Firestar (confirmed by Vicky somewhere on her facebook page)
Sol comes back (Confirmed by Vicky on her first stop of her 2011 tour)
More ThunderClan cats join the Dark Forest (Confirmed by Vicky on her first stop of the 2011 tour) Though she did not say that this would just be in TFW, more may join in TLH.

You guys know about Survivors, correct? For those who don't, it's another series under the pen name Erin Hunter. The only difference is that Kate, Cherith, and Vicky won't be writing it. At all. It's going to be written by three American authors and an American editor under the same style as the real Erins, and still under the name Erin Hunter. But I am upset. HarperCollins is just milking the name Erin Hunter for money. I don't even know if I'll be reading this series.

This is my 100th post. This is a historic moment, for none of the blogs I've founded have reached a hundred posts. Yet.

First of all, I must thank YOU. Yes, the person who is reading this post right now. I thank you for coming on and keeping me going through the times I was too lazy to post or that I wanted to delete the blog. You kept me going because you are reading this blog and like it, or else you probably wouldn't be here. THANK YOU, READERS!!!! :)

Second of all, I must thank FIREFOOT, my wonderful co-author. You've helped me keep the blog going and looked up all this wonderful info, on facebook, or the forums, or just around the wide web. It's nice to have a co-author. THANK YOU, FIREFOOT!!! :P

WELL WOOPITY DOO. Someone leaked what looks like the final cover for OOTS 6. It might be, it might not be. It was leaked on the Harper Collins site, but it seems kind of boring and... dumb looking XD Here it is, sorry its all... icky looking.

I'm very much hoping that this is not the final cover.

Also, who is the ginger cat? Many are thinking Firestar, but in every other book we've seen him, he's fluffier and his head is broader. Maybe Fallen Leaves? Also, notice the cat is the same one on the App, which also leads me to believe this is not the final cover, for it wouldn't be wise to use the same cat twice. Who do YOU think the cover cat is?

I haven't been here in a while XP I meant to update about the Browse Inside for Crookedstar's Promise, but I forgot :O

1. WE FIND OUT THE COVER AND TITLE FOR OOTS #6 ON JULY 12TH! *le gasp!* I'm so excited!

2. An Official Warriors App comes out sometime July, I think July 5th, for Ipod, Ipad, Iphone, etc... It will bring warriors extras, such as character backgrounds, stories, and MUCH MOAR. Hopefully its free ^^.

3. Seeker Series 2 called Return to the Wild book one Island of Shadows. Heres da' blurb!
The action-packed second Seekers arc takes off as the three bears begin the long journey home, now accompanied by Yakone, a polar bear they met on Star Island. Toklo is wary of Yakone and miserable without Ujurak, Lusa is struggling to survive on the meager food they’re able to find, and Kallik is desperate to reconnect with her family.

The Forgotten Warrior Blurb

I may have posted the second part of this sometime before, but here it is again, this time with a second paragraph! :)

With a divided StarClan driving a treacherous rift between the four warrior Clans, the spirits of the Dark Forest are gaining strength. Ivypool's role as a spy becomes more dangerous with each passing day, and Dovewing is haunted by nightmares about the mountains.

Then an outsider appears in ThunderClan's midst, spreading discord and pushing the Clans farther apart. As tensions mount and Clanmates turn against one another, the warrior cats will be forced to choose whose word they can trust - before it's too late.

I wonder why Dovewing is haunted by nightmares about mountains? That seems weird. I look forward to reading the book though. :)

Also: In the chatbox, Firefoot mentioned this:

"Guys, LIONBLAZE is the on the cover[of the forgotten warrior], that is CONFIRMED BY VICKY. Leafpool is the cat chasing the squirrel. Hollyleaf has a black pelt, Fallen Leaves is Ginger and white, they were both down in the tunnels."

If it's Leafpool chasing a Squirrel...something big might happen between Leafpool and Squirrelflight. Maybe Squirrelflight dies, because a squirrel is being chased for prey and all. Maybe Leafpool accidentally causes Squirrelflight's death, or vice versa. Then again, there may be no death at all.

And why is Lionblaze on a cover again? (was he the one on the cover in Dark River?)

SPOILERS FOR SIGN OF THE MOON

1) I finished SOTM today. It was awesome.
2) I was at Vicky's tour thing today. I'll give you the info she gave us, but beware everything under this has A LOT of spoilers for the future books.

INFO FROM TOUR:

Well, I asked her about Thunderclan and the Dark forest, wondering if there would be any other Thunderclan cats other than Ivypool and Blossomfall that would join the DF. She said yes! I wonder who...
Also, some one asked if Hollyleaf is alive and she said it was blatantly obvious to her and asked us to raise our hands if we thought she was. Around 75 people raised their hands (including me) and then she asked who thought she was dead. Around 23 people raised their hands and she said that thankfully, the majority of us knew the correct answer! (YES! I KNEW IT!)
I also asked her about Mapleshade's treachery in Crookedstar's Promise, and she said that Mapleshade and Crookedstar make a promise and then something bad happens due to a misunderstanding or something.
She told us that Cherith saved cats' lives by begging Vicky not to kill them off. She won one battle, and that was Foxleap's, he was supposed to be carried off by that eagle in SOTM. (GOOD. I love Foxleap :))
Cinderheart DOES find out about herself in the fifth book :)
She was telling us about the death scene (Of Firestar's), but only vaguely. She said that someone saves someone else's life with a very touching moment then another cat has a special moment.
She also said she doesn't believe there will be a good reason for Brambleclaw to forgive Squirrelflight, though they do have the ability to find a way to love each other again, though theres really not event big enough (at the moment!)
Also, she said Pinestar will have a big part in the sixth book.
Lastly, she confirmed again that there will be a fifth series about the Dawn of the clans. :)
Sol is coming back in the Forgotten Warrior!
NOW FOR INFO ON THE SIGN OF THE MOON.
- Jayfeather travels to the mountains with Squirrelflight, Dovewing, and Foxleap. He doesn't know why, but he needs to because Rock told him.

Firestar's death has been planned by the Erins in OOTS book six.

As a tribute, I decided to read the whole first arc all over again, and I think when he dies, I'm gonna cry.

Sure, Firestar's gotten boring, but I can't help remembering that little ginger kittypet who came to the Clan and was so lovable, noble, and brave, the one whose exploits progreesed and had you hanging on to every word, the one who had a life.

And he's gonna die in the sixth book...

WAH!!! I WILL MISS YOU FIREHEART!!!! YOU WILL ONLY BE TRULY ALIVE IN SERIES 1.

Okay, that rant is done. :)

Anyways, notice the cover of The Forgotten Warrior: Squirrelflight looks remarkably like the squirrel. Maybe this means that she will die, somehow? And anyways, why is Lionblaze on the cover? Sure, he's one of the Three, but does this mean that he is somehow related...

It all comes down to Hollyleaf!! It has to be her!!

All we can do is speculate for now. A good title for book six, I think, is Battle of the Stars.

Heres some SPOILERS:

Alright, so Icecloud is hunting with Dovepaw in her warrior assessment, the ground underneath Icecloud's paws is hollow and she falls into a hole. Which hole you ask? The tunnel where Hollyleaf might have died in. Yup, its epic. So then a patrol, Lionblaze, Spiderleg, and Jayfeather come along to help her out. She gets out and Lionblaze and Jayfeather are wondering if they can see Hollyleaf's body. Then, after Dovepaw and Ivypaw's warrior ceremony, which they get the name Ivypool and Dovewing which we already knew, Lionblaze and Jayfeather sneak out of camp to climb into the tunnel. They climb down and dig through some rubble to find a scrap of Hollyleaf's fur without bones. They know she didn't die right then and there, but Jayfeather points out she could've been injured and crawled away only to die somewhere else, or gets trapped in the tunnel and die since Windclan closed up their tunnels. They start to go down through the tunnel to see if they can find anymore clues but it starts to rain and they have to leave before it floods.

Possible JayxBriar? Well when Jayfeather gets back he's covered in mud and wet and Briarlight asks what happened. Jayfeather thinks to himself that he wishes he had someone to confide in like Lionblaze had Cinderheart but he thinks that Briarlight isn't that cat. So he falls asleep while she cleans him. He dreams of the tunnels and meets with Rock where he is told that he needs to go the tribe. He also talks to Fallen Leaves.

Ivypool visits the Dark Forest again, where she sees Tigerheart who is BOILING mad at her still even though its like two moons after that happened but he misses Dovewing. She has a training fight with Antpelt at Thistleclaw's request, but Thistleclaw gets mad at Antpelt and attacks him, injuring him greatly. Antpelt can't get up and Ivypool tells him to sleep it off so he can wake up back in Windclan, which he does. Thistleclaw gets mad at Antpelt, but doesn't see Ivypool telling him to do it. Also, we find out a few more Dark Forest warriors, Applefur, Ratscar, Sunstrike (A Windclan cat) and Grasspelt (A Riverclan cat).

Update from a past post, Stoneteller doesn't die in the prologue.

FORGOTTEN WARRIOR! and SKYCLAN AND THE STRANGER MANGA!

I found the Forgotten Warrior Cover!
The cat on the cover is Lionblaze, and no he's not fat, its just the scar tissue an "intact" tom cat gets. I'm not sure about the cat chasing the squirrel, but based on the orange tint of shadowing and slightly fluffy tail, I'm thinking its Squirrelflight. What doesn't make sense is why she's so skinny when it seems like its greenleaf or newleaf, so it might be Heathertail, but that really doesn't make sense because it seems as if she's on Thunderclan territory. I'll have to look into this...

Hmmm, I bet the stranger is Hollyleaf, but why would it be called a stranger if they've known her like, ever? So many questions...

Release Dates are supposedly November 20 of this year, but who knows? It could change.

Sol is on the front, with Billystorm and Leafstar carrying some kits away from a flood, which makes sense because the third addition of the Skyclan mangas is called After the Flood.

Heres the blurb:

Leafstar was able to escape from the Twoleg’s home with the help of Billystorm and her Clanmates, but more trouble lies ahead. Sol has joined SkyClan’s ranks and, unbeknownst to Leafstar, may be leading her Clanmates astray. When Sol’s actions bring about a disaster for the Clan, Leafstar must determine whether or not to trust the stranger in her ranks—at the risk of jeopardizing SkyClan’s future.

I haven't read any of the Skyclan mangas yet, so I'm not really sure what it is about. But this kind of dispels my theories of Sol mating with Hollyleaf. :( That was such a good couple.

Well there are a few things I know for sure. Heres how 1) Vicky's Facebook and 2) the Sign of the Moon excerpt in the new seekers Book that comes out soon.

THESE ARE MAJOR SPOILERS. READ AT YOUR OWN RISK.

2. Stoneteller dies. Well he was pretty old. Heres what I know. First Stoneteller starts talking to Brook and Stormfur, kits come in blah blah blah. Then Stoneteller goes to his den, Bird comes in, they talk, she leaves and he starts looking for signs, but he dies while saying something bad about the Tribe of Endless Hunting. Interesting, but very predictable.

3. Dovepaw's warrior name will be Dovewing. I'm not sure if I mentioned that before, but Vicky has confirmed it.

Theres not much, but its all pretty awesome.

Some facts

I'm kind of bored so I decided just to point some stuff out. Mostly about if Firestar never came to the forest, actually all of it is about that. It's quite surprising really what would've never happened.

1. Ravenpaw would probably be dead right now.
When you think about it, its true. Tigerclaw would've senses that Ravenpaw would've told somebpdy sooner or later about Redtail's murder, which he did in Fire and Ice. Then BAM! Ravenpaw has a mysterious death near some weird place, like the gorge.

2. Spottedleaf would most likely be alive.
This theory is only based on speculation. Lets just say that Firepaw had delayed Spottedleaf for oh maybe a minute during something one day, that would mean everyday for the rest of Spottedleaf's life would be delayed by a minute, which is just enough time for a certain Shadowclan tom to escape with four Thunderclan kits. But yet again, this may not be true.

3. Yellowfang would not be Thunderclan's medicine cat.
Counting the above speculation that Spottedleaf would be alive this would be true. But lets say Spottedleaf died anyways, Yellowfang would still not be a Thunderclan cat. This is because of any other Thunderclan warrior found the despicable Shadowclan medicine cat, they would've scared her off, killed her (Tigerclaw!) or just inflict some wound she would not recover from and just leave her be. Or she may have kicked some apprentice's butt and never be trusted in the clan, but who knows really. All I know is, bye bye Yellowfang.

4. Brightheart would not be scarred.
We all know of the once beautiful Brightheart, that was until those dogs ravaged her face and killed Swiftpaw. But this would not of happened if Cloudpaw had never became a warrior before them and made them jealous. But you ask," Even if Cloudpaw wasn't there, wouldn't Bluestar still be crazy and Swiftpaw would have to prove they were true warriors by fighting the dogs with Brightpaw?" EEEHH WRONG. Bluestar would be dead by then. Remember when she first went mad when Tigerclaw's failed attempt of murdering her, well Fireheart's the one who stopped Tigerclaw in the first place. But then again, where would the dogs be? I'm assuming that Tigerstar would've been in a patrol and killed them, because he's flippin' amazing.

5. Windclan would probably be dead.
...or just long gone form the other clans. At least thats what I think, what other newly made apprentices could convince the frail clan to come back home? Certainly not Ravenpaw (He's dead by now anyways) Sandstorm or Dustpelt! Imagine Sandstorm and Dustpelt, they wouldn't care for Windclan. They'd still be in those tunnels under the Thunderpath or somewhere far far away from the clans.

6. Brambleclaw would've died as a kit.
Fireheart was the one who saved Bramblekit from the raging fire through the Thudnerclan camp, so I guess he's dead now. And now that I think about it, theres not Feathertail or Stormfur either. Because Graystripe would've never met Silverstream when he'd fallen into the river chasing Cinderpaw, Fireheart's apprentice.

7. A lot of cats would still be alive...
Stonefur, Whiteclaw, Whitestorm and many more throughout the series would all be alive. But also a lot more would be dead, though not necessarily these cats but who knows who Tigerstar would target as prey...

8. No Bloodclan!
That one kind of explains itself...

9. The Clans would be dead!
Well, maybe not. But who would go on the Great Journey? Not Brambleclaw, he's dead. Not Stormfur, Feathertail, or Squirrelflight, they're not born. So I guess its up to Tawnypelt and Crowfeather and two others, but when they come back, would Tigerstar believe them? I don't think so. He doesn't like Starclan, so he'd naturally rebel from them and stay in the forest to fight the twolegs off.

10. No Mothwing and Hawkfrost!
Tigerstar wouldn't be in Shadowclan territory to meet Sasha if there was no Firestar, so no Hawky and Mothy!

11. Who knows what would happen to Shadowclan
Without Tigerclaw to come galloping in to save the falling clan, where would they be? Nightstar is dead, Blackfoot is off with the rogues terrorizing cats everywhere... Poor Shadowclan, maybe Blackfoot will come back...

I can't think of anything else, but if you can, that'd be awesome! Also, what do you think would happen?

Comment: sometimes i wonder if firestar ever things about just joing all the clans together as one huge jumbo sized clan there wouldnt be any battles and the cates could fall in love with woever they please and for leaders they could have like a kitty cort with a couple cats who decied on desisions together

Vicky's Response: This happened in the Election Story I created following our Warriors Election in November 2008. It didn't work because there were two many contrasting groups, each with their own identities and traditions of independence. Kind of like trying to rule Canada, America and Mexico as a single entity...

Comment: Toadkit and Rosekit must be so much younger than Icekit and Foxkit even though it really doesn't seem like it. Toadkit and Rosekit were made apprentices AFTER Icekit and Foxkit were made warriors, if not later. Rosepetal and Foxleap had the same mentor. 0_0 Also, did Frostfur have two litters of kits in such a short time, that Brightheart and Thornclaw became apprentices shortly after Brackenfur and Cinderpelt? I don't think that's ever happened before, a queen having another litter before her first litter is still in the nursery.

Vicky's Response: For once, I'm pretty confident that the timing is absolutely correct for these cats. The first series was very vague and led to all sorts of mistakes (sorry, sorry!) but I was much more organized for the later series and planned births and ceremonies pretty carefully at the start of each story arc.

We all know Lionblaze's power makes him a really good fighter, some people are even calling him invincible. But a few times, like with the fox in NW, he has been injured. What are the limits to his fighting power? Is he just a really good fighter? Or only invincible against cats (but a good fighter against everything else, ^^)? ~ RainDeer

Vicky's Response: He can get mildly injured - his skin isn't made of steel - but he'll never suffer serious wounds.

Question:

I finally got Night Whispers... but something bothers me. Throughout the book, Littlecloud is called an 'old cat' a lot. That's ... not right ... he's the same age as Brightheart, Thornclaw, and Brackenfur! If he's old, then they're old... and if they're old, then Firestar needs to step down and join the elders, eh?
Haha...

Vicky's Response: I love it when you guys answer perfectly for me! Littlecloud was very sick when he was an apprentice, remember? That has probably aged him more quickly than other cats.

(A/N Littlecloud and Whitethroat are younger than Frostfur's kits by about half a year. This can be done by assuming that Littlecloud and Whitethroat were made apprentices at three moons and then warriors at six moons, and by that time all four of Frostfur's kits were a year old.(Cinderpelt and siblings were born in Greenleaf/Newleaf during Fire and Ice, while Littlecloud appeared in Rising Storm during Greenleaf the next year))

Question:

if you do make a warriors movie will it have the same story line? cause in Guardians of Ga'hoole (another fav book series of mine!) they changed the story quite a bit in the movie which sort of annoyed me. so if you do make a movie about warriors can you keep the original story line?

Vicky's Response: I haven't seen the Guardians movie, but I'm not surprised they had to change the storyline if they were squashing several books into the script. IF Warriors were ever made into a movie, I expect the same thing would happen. But since there are NO PLANS to do that, you guys won't be disappointed!

Has there really been any set PROOF that said Brambleclaw wouldn't be the next leader? I don't want it to be him or Lionblaze, but Vicky never really said anything against it did she?

Vicky's response: I love your sensitivity to Tigerstar's ambitions for his son. You guys leave me in awe with how carefully you read these books! And you're right that I haven't confirmed who will be the next ThunderClan leader. As if I'd give away something like that!

-Awesome because I am the number one Brambleclaw fan, and he will become Bramblestar! *There was no sarcasm in my typing by the way LOL*

Someone on my Warriors deviantArt account keeps nagging me, asking me why there isn't a leader of StarClan. In my eyes, there are no such things as "leaders" once a cat dies - they obviously (for the most part at least... before the Dark Forest issue arose) all exist in peace, without need for former Clan boundaries and such.

This kid just told me that I should make a StarClan leader, someone who was so great in life that they would be appointed leader after death.

...Uh, no. That's pretentious and egotistical to make your own fan-character something like that.

Vicky's Response: *Name* your theory is correct, and the reason I haven't chosen one cat to lead StarClan. Instead, cats that were leaders before retain their authority, but without rivalry or politics.

Comment/Question:

I'll post my opinion on the idea about Hollyleaf being alive, and being the "forgotten warrior". I posted it quite a few posts back a few secs ago, but most of you are FAR too lazy to go all the way down there, so I'm repostiong here. (since I'm using Copy&Paste, you'll have to understand a few things, like the fact the I'm too lazy to change "her" to Hollyleaf)
A whole bunch of rocks fell on her and trapped her. She probably died of starvation or something. If she had found her way out, then she would have come straight to the clan, unaware of everything that happened. That means that she's dead, because it's not really possible to stay in a tunnel that long without a food source. but it doesn't really mean that it's not Hollyleaf. Just because she's in either StarClan or The dark forest, doesn't mean she's no longer a warrior.

Vicky's Response: So many theories! And only one of them is right... All will be revealed next year, but I will say one thing: Andy, don't assume that there is only one way in and out of the tunnels.

Comment: Vicky, I honestly don't think that Graystripe would abandon Silverstream for Millie. She was his first love, and she died for him. Snowstep, Lightfoot, and I all agree that although Graystripe managed to live until he was old with Millie, he loved Silverstream more. It's He left his birth Clan, and best friend, just to raise his dead mate's kits. I must say, I'm not very happy with this. I, and several my friends and my family that reads Warriors, believe that Graystripe should be with Silverstream.

Vicky's Response: Interesting thoughts, Moonflower, and thank you for contributing to the debate. I think I might have to keep Graystripe alive beyond the end of Series Four just so I don't have to decide! I'm trying to put myself in Graystripe's paws and imagine how he would feel. He has loved Millie for much longer than he knew Silverstream - does that count for anything?

- Vicky Holmes: 1/3 of the Erin Hunters! I agree, Caroline, they were a great couple because they were so strong and sparky. Squirrelflight was never going to give up her career to be a stay-in-nursery mom, and yet she was such a wonderful mother to Lion, Holly and Jay. But I don't know if they can get back together after her lies have been exposed. She truly did the right thing, but the consequences have been quite tragic.

More Night Whispers SPOILERS!

I got it today and read it. FLIPPIN' AMAZING BOOK. DON'T READ IF YOUR GOING TO BUY IT.

Thunderclan and Shadowclan are in desperate need of herbs.

Dovepaw finds out about Ivypaw's training when Jayfeather goes into her dreams and finds her in the Dark Forest.

Starclan tells all the medicine cats that they must cut of all ties with the other clans if they wish to survive. Even medicine cat bonds. The only clan that knows about the Dark Forest is Thunderclan though and the other clans think that the three others are going to attack them, so everyone is really jumpy at gatherings.

Dovepaw starts to see Tigerheart and Ivypaw notices she smells like him. Ivypaw confronts Dovepaw about him and Dovepaw gets all angry. Ivypaw then asks if she wants to know how she knows his scent so well and tells her that Tigerheart is training in the Dark Forest. Dovepaw does not believe her and runs off.

Lionblaze asks Cinderheart to be his mate and she agrees. Then, later in the book, a fox attacks the camp and four patrols could not drive it off. The next day, Lionblaze attacks it alone and drives it out of clan territory. He is coated in fox blood when he goes back to camp, and to the horror of Cinderheart, who thinks he is dying. When she finds out he is fine, she says she can't be his mate if she has to feel like this every time he goes into battle. Lionblaze tells her she won't ever have to worry about him and tells her about the prophecy. She then says his destiny is too big for him.

There is this part when Lionblaze is hunting along the Windclan border and sees Breezepelt and Nightcloud hunting. Breezepelt chases a bird over the border, but doesn't go after it and Lionblaze kills it. Breezepelt says that was his catch and Lionblaze taunts him. Breezepelt tackles him and they fight. Leafpool run up and pries them apart, yelling at Crowfeather and asking how he can watch his sons fight each other like that. Nightcloud appears saying how he only has one son, Breezepelt. Breezepelt attacks Leafpool and Crowfetaher pries him off her. Crowfeather says,"You chose your clan," and Leafpool says omethng like,"But that doesn't mean I didn't love you," but Crowfeather goes on to say," But that wasn't enough was it?" Everyone leaves and Lionblaze remarks about how this wasn't a battle about borders, this was a battle about blood, blood that they shared.

Yellowfang says the fox attacking camp was a sign, that if the four clans united to fight the dark forest, they would fail, but if they separated as Lionblaze did, then their clan would survive. She also says it must be Thunderclan that survives, that is why they have the three in Thunderclan.

One night, while Dovepaw and Tigerheart are meeting together, Ivypaw sneaks up on them and starts to say things about Tigerheart training with her in the Dark Forest. During this meeting, before Ivypaw came, Tigerheart was telling Dovepaw how sick Littlecloud was and that he had greencough, which was true. Dovepaw says that Thunderclan should be alright since they had the garden that Jayfeather tended to. Tigerheart is confused and doesn't know about the garden. Dovepaw is confused because in Ivypaw's dream, Shadowclan had known. Dovepaw says she can steal some for him, but he says no and that she can't steal from her own clan. She then says she will ask Jayfeather to give them some. Ivypaw comes next. The three get into an argument. Dovepaw hears a moon high patrol coming from Shadowclan and hides in a bush, but the patrol catches Ivypaw. Ivypaw is taken hostage in Shadowclan's camp. Tigerheart tells Blackstar about the herb garden in Thunderclan territory and tells Thunderclan they can have Ivypaw back in exchange for herbs. Thunderclan agrees.

Ivypaw dreams into the Dark Forest but does not see Hawkfrost right away. Instead, she sees Tigerstar training Tigerheart and telling him that he should remember that claws fight battles, but jaws kill, and that Lionblaze always remember that and thats how he killed Russetfur. He goes on to insult Thunderclan and praise Shadowclan. Ivypaw realizes that Tigerstar was using her and flees, but doesn't know how to escape. She meets Mapleshade bu a river, but the river isn't like water, more like goo, and has to train with Mapleshade. She pushes Mapleshade under the water and runs into the forest once more. She wakes up and tells Dovepaw. Dovepaw tells her to wait and fetches Lionblaze and Jayfeather. Ivypaw tells them how it was all a trick and how she isn't going to go to the Dark Forest anymore. Jayfeather says she must, because she has to spy for them. Ivypaw refuses and Dovepaw asks for everyone else to leave so she can talk to her sister. Dovepaw tells Ivypaw about her powers and how the Dark Forest is going to attack the clans. Ivypaw realizes that its because of Dovepaw she went to the Dark Forest, because she wanted to be somewhere where she wasn't Dovepaw's shadow. But she isn't mad, and she promises to go back and spy.

The lake freezes over and Flametail decides to take and break and play with his clanmates on it. He sees Thunderclan playing as well, but doesn't care because the lake doesn't have territories. He falls through the ice and can't get out. Jayfeather tries to save him and Rock is there, pleading to Jayfeather to stop, because its Falmetail's time to die, not Jayfeather's. Jayfeather lets go of Flametail and he dies.

Ivypaw goes and spies on the Dark Forest and Tigerstar calls a "clan meeting" for everyone to hear. The other cats being trained in the Dark Forest are Antpelt, Hollowpaw, Breezepelt, Tigerheart, and of course Ivypaw. Tigerstar says they will attack soon but doesn't say when. Brokenstar approaches and tells Ivypaw that before she can fight beside the Dark Forest, she must pass an assessment. He leads her out into the forest where Flametail is walking around. Ivypaw is stunned that he's here, but he actually went to Starclan first. He heard a voice calling his name and walked into the Dark Forest without realizing it. Brokenstar says she has to kill him. Ivypaw thinks it a trick and says he can't be killed since he's already dead, but Brokenstar sneers, exlaning that if they were killed in either Starclan or the Dark Forest, they would be gone forever. Ivypaw almost can't do it, but she eventual says it for her clan, and all the others, and that she has to do it to be able to spy. She lunges at Flametail, but Tigerheart suddenly jumps at her and defends his brother.
Then, the book ends.

Crookedstar's Promise Cover!

I think the betrayal part is part of Bluefur and Oakheart and he fell in love with Willowbreeze and Mapleshade was his best friend but Mapleshade was secretly in love with him and killed Willowbreeze for his love! Because we all know that Willowbreexe is his mate, and for those of you who don't know, Willowbreeze is a silver tabby. Also, Willowbreeze's sister is Graypool, and they are half Windclan, (oh how the plot thickens), which means that Stormfur and Feathertail are Windclan, Thunderclan, Riverclan, and Skyclan! (Graystripe's mother is Willowpelt who's sister is Spottedleaf who is related to Skyclan, revealed in Firestar's Quest) And if Stormfur has kits with Brook, the kits will have five different heritages. I thought that was pretty cool.

Night Whispers SPOILERS!!!

Okay, so the browse inside of Night Whispers went up yesterday, I've read it and it IS completely awesome. But that's not why I'm here. I'm here because there are some wicked amazing awesome spoilers. Some of the things I got off are from searching the name in the search box next to the book, which I found today and is really cool.

...looked at Crowfeather, the cat who made Leafpool betray her clan. Lionblaze would never admit...
Since I only have a snippet of the text I can only assume that Lionblaze forgives Leafpool, somehow. But IDK.

Tigerheart and Dovepaw start sneaking out together!

I'm pretty sure Tigerheart asks to build a nest with Dovepaw when they sneak out, but Dovepaw refuses. I think those mysterious kits in sign of the moon aren't so mysterious anymore. But of course AFTER Dovepaw gets her warrior name ;)

I think Whitewing finds out about Ivypaw!

" The dark forest Warriors were hurting her?" Whitewing poked her head through the ferns "Is... " (doesn't really tell whether she does or not)

" that why there's blood in your nest?" Whitewing was staring at Ivypaw, her eyes dark.

Also there's an epic battle between Lionblaze/Breezepelt/Nightcloud/Leafpool/Crowfeather. Breezepelt is fighting Lionblaze but Leafpool tries to stop him and gets hurt in the process, so Crow attacks Breeze and Night attacks Crow for hurting her son.

And Crow says something like, "You chose your clan, that doesn't mean I didn't love you." Nice fam yeah?

^^ This is automatically my favorite part of the book, because LeafxCrow is my FAVORITE COUPLE OF ALL TIME!

Right in the beginning of the book, Mousewhisker's hunting patrol comes back and drops their prey in the pile. Cherrykit and Molekit notice that there is a squirrel right outside of camp and get it for them, the only thing is, Mousewhisker says no one in the patrol caught a squirrel, which leads me to believe that this was a sick squirrel that is probably not good to eat, or Flametail put death berries in it because he is still really mad at Thunderclan for that battle.

Flametail dies! Well, he actually disappears into the tunnels like Hollyleaf did, but I don't know why.

"Have you seen Tigerheart"

"He's sitting vigil for Flametail" She meweed,"He may not..."

Rushpaw, once a female, is now a tom!

Pinepaw is also often described as a she-cat in some scenes, and a tom in the next :O

Lionblaze does in fact, LOVE CINDERHEART! *gasp* Often times he says that every time he gets up the bravery to ask how she feels about him, she runs away! And since Lionblaze is the only tom with a POV and love interest, I'm assuming that the next line is from him...

But how could he tell her? Their love felt strong, but how could it survive the...

SOME She-cat finds out about the prophecy! Probably Cinderheart, I'm guessing based on the lines above... heres the text.

"A prophecy," She murmured,"About you?" Lionblaze nodded. She understood! "And you'll never get..." Im guessing the last part says hurt, but I won't know until the twenty third!

Okay, it is in fact Cinderheart who finds out, heres more lines...

Would she give his secret away? No! Lionblaze pushed away the worry. Cinderheart hadn't changed,... "

But something tells me Cinderheart doesn't feel comfortable around Lionblaze anymore.

Why had he told her his secret? Why had she believed she would just accept...

Dovepaw finds out the Tigerheart was only using her... :( I think that he is asking her to take herbs from Jayfeather's store, and that she tells him where Jayfeather grows his catmint. I think Blackstar gets his warriors to steal it :(

Littlecloud might die too :( And I think that Jayfeather gets seriously hurt.

a whisper. “Are you thinking of Cinderpelt?” Flametail knew of the close bond between the two medicine cats. Littlecloud's eyes glistened. Flametail leaned closer. "She's dead," he murmured. "Jayfeather is ThunderClan's Medicine Cat now. He’s not Cinderpelt. He’ll want to fight alone if StarClan wishes it.” “Jayfeather can do what he likes!” Littlecloud propped himself up with a groan. “Cinderpelt saved my life once. That act bonded us closer than friends. I will not abandon the Clan she loved until that debt is repaid.”

SANDSTORM MIGHT DIE!

She and Cherrykit have a cough, which I think is green cough, and since Blackstar stole all of their catmint they have nothing!

"How could you?" Dovepaw wailed,"If Sandstorm dies, it'll be your fault!" I assume she's yelling at Tigerheart for stealing their herbs.

Sandstorm was coughing.

Sandstorm started coughing again.

Sandstorm was in the medicine den.

And Jayfeather says the infection was spreading through camp :(

Night Whispers Blurb!

This was the "official" blurb posted on Harpercollins.

I find it extremely awesome that the word "Aftermath" was mentioned in teh blurb because that is the story name of my warrior's fanfic...

I think this means that Dovepaw fins out about the Dark Forest and Jayfeather and Lionblaze find out that Ivypaw is being trained by Hawkfrost. Not much more is revealed other than that other than the clans are having serious problems with each other and there is a lot of tension.

AND SOME QUOTES FROM NIGHT WHISPERS! *YAY*

"Why did you tell her?" Jayfeather demanded, glaring at Dovepaw.
"I-I..." Dovepaw stammered, shuffling her paws in the dirt. "I just didn't want my sister to hate me!"
"Well, you could have at least asked us first," Lionblaze looked just as angry as he glared down at the cowering apprentice.
"Well, I'm sorry, but if you were hiding a secret from your best friend, and it tore you two apart, I bet you wouldn't hesitate to tell them!" Dovepaw snorted, standing up to her mentor with unconcealed dignity.

"Dovepaw, she said that she was part of this prophecy and-"
"Silence!" Hawkfrost cut her off with a snarl. "I can't believe you would make up such nonsense! I though I'd expect better of you since you're my apprentice, but I guessed wrong." Hawkfrost turned around and padded away, sneering and looking back one last time before he vanished into the shadowy forest.
"Hawkfrost, wait!" Ivypaw ran after him. "I promise I'll be better, please!"

Well I think we all know what this means! Dovepaw tells Ivypaw about her powers! YAY!

The Forgotten Warrior and Other Info

More theories on The Forgotten Warrior , OOTS#5! It's weird sometimes when I remember that Night Whispers hasn't been published yet. I'm so far into the spoilers, I'm getting ahead of myself. So could Book 5 talk about Hollyleaf or someone else? It might be about Ravenpaw because we haven't seen him in eons and he's technically forgotten by most of the Clan cats. He still has his apprentice name, but he's definetly old enough to be a warrior. But I really don't think it's Ravenpaw because he's too old. It's going to be about someone young, probably. I don't really know.

Notice they say ancient mountain tribe instead of just tribe. This implies that there may be another, more ancient forgotten tribe living even farther in the mountains. That, or Jayfeather travels way back in time due to his mystical kitteh powers! :)

Remember that other kit that Graypool had with her when Oakheart gave her Mistykit and Stonekit? That kit will appear in Crookedstar's Promise- Crookedstar's Super edition that comes out next summer!

Omen of the Stars Book Five and Fifth Series

Okay! Here I am, people, Kiwi through and through. Sorry I was gone for so long, my internet completely failed, and I've only just got plugged in again. Amberstar, it's okay that you quit being admin, I understand. :) But enough of that! Let's get to the good stuff!

I was searching the web for Book Five in OOTS and I've dregged up the title, and theories for what it's going to be about. Drumroll please...
It is called The Forgotten Warrior, but I have no idea when it's going to be released. Be warned, I got most of this off Wikipedia. And it's possibly about? Various theories I found at the Warriors forums on the main site.

It could be about Hollyleaf. One of the Erins might've confirmed that we'll find out what happened to Hollyleaf in the 5th book. Cinderheart discovers her true identity, and the book could be about the soon-to-be-forgotten Cinderpelt/heart. Ivypaw and Dovepaw will get their warrior names in either the 4th or 5th book in the series. It could also be about Ashfur, since nobody's talked about him in a while. ALSO: An evil she-cat called Mapleshade is going to appear in Night Whispers. Vicky revealed that we would find out about her in Crookedstar's Promise, making her a member of the Place of No Stars, aka the Dark Forest. She is said to be cold and desiring revenge, most likely a Riverclan cat.

This Dark Forest/Starclan/Living Cats battle is going to be epic.

Anyways, here is this really cool quote I found on the forums.

That seems like a really likely theory. And, guess what? I've found some stuff on the fifth series!!!! It's either going to be called The Calling or that's going to be the title of the first book. I think The Calling is going to be the title of the first book. Now, my info is pretty limited, but the fifth series might be centered on Lionblaze's kits, many moons after OOTS.

Notice anything different? Yes, you probably do. This blog looked old-fashioned, so I decided to give it a makeover. How do you like it?

Anyways, I've been doing some research on the supossed 5th Series in Warriors, "A New Reign." It's easily possible that A New Reign could be the title in the first book. A quote I picked up:

I found some info on OOTS. It's rumored that in the back of Night Whispers, there's a Manga about Hollyleaf in the Tunnels. I can't be sure, though, as it's only a rumor. And new info on Crookedstar's new book: According to Warriors Wiki, it's called Crookedstar's Promise, and it explains why he allowed the relationship between Thunderclan and Riverclan. It happened before "Into the Wild", because it says, 'Followed by: Into the Wild.' So maybe it's about Bluestar and Oakheart's love from Crookedstar's POV.

It appears to be in the Tribe's territory, confirming that the book will indeed involve the Tribe. The cat on the cover could possibly be Talon or Stoneteller's possible future apprentice. It can't be Stoneteller, because in the book Cats of the Clans, Stoneteller has blue eyes and a wider face, while this cat has amber eyes and a narrower face. The two cats on the cover could possibly be Stoneteller and his apprentice (more will be explained later) or maybe Stormfur and Brook, the first being the most possible. Supposedly heard from Vicky's tour diary: "Watch out for series five, in which the Clans find out they don't like living together and disperse.

Jayfeather knows more about the Tribe than any other foreign cat. And he's a medicine cat. Stoneteller doesn't have an apprentice, and he's getting old. If he doesn't get an apprentice soon, there may not be enough time to teach the apprentice all he needs to know.

My theory is that shortly after Jayfeather (then Jaypaw) along with the other cats left the mountains, Stormfur and Brook had kits. It turns out that one of Stormfur and Brook's kits turns out to be the new Stoneteller. Stoneteller Sr. takes Stoneteller Jr. and begins teaching him for when he becomes the new Stoneteller. But instead of finishing his training Stoneteller Sr. dies. Stoneteller Jr. hasn't learned all he needed and so Stoneteller Sr. goes to Jayfeather in a dream or during a visit to the moonpool and desperately asks Jayfeather to teach Stoneteller Jr. That's the reason for the visit.

Lionblaze's Mate Hint and Battles of the Clans

Personally, I was rather hoping for Heathertail, but then that would be another forbidden love situation, one that we don't need, because we've had enough of that already. LeafxCrow, a bit of DovexTiger, somewhat HeatherxLion, etc. Which reminds me, I need to work on my story.
So LionxCinder fans, you're in luck.
Also, Battles of the Clans came out June 1st, 2010. It reveals that Rowanclaw, NOT Tawnypelt, is going to be deputy of Shadowclan. I am severly disapointed because I am a BIG supporter or Tawnypelt becoming deputy, since she has MUCH more experience in the world than Rowanclaw, the only thing special happening to him was that he went through a gender change from she-cat to tom.
Also, there's a detailed plot summary that I have here from Wikipedia.

It really doen't have an actual plot, but Battles of the Clans is packed with info about the significant battles, tactics, and attack plans that arent' specified in the books. Different cats narrate significant battles and share strageties that each of the Clans use. (I wonder if they include Skyclan?) Readers are toured around different battlefields in both the old and new territories, and there are ministories explaining how to use a different battle skill. (Hmm, didn't they cover that in Secrets of the Clans?)

Please note that I didn't copy it directly from Wikipedia. I saw it there, and changed a few words and the order, so I wouldn't be plagerizing. That was not my quote. I added the brackets.

Hmm, it sounds like it's a pretty good book. I think I'll go check it out.

You know, I'm kind of losing my interest in Warrior Cats. The books no longer interest me, and it seems kind of boring. I still like RPing with Clans, writing stories involving the warriors, but...I just no longer have interest in the actual Warrior Cats. I mean, the books bore me. But I don't want to delete this blog. This was my very first blog on my Blogger account, so I'm thinking about converting it into a different kind of blog, say, a book blog or something. I stopped reading the books right after the Fourth Apprentice came out, and I really don't want to. So...you get my drift. I really am not a HUGE fan of warrior cats anymore, and so I want to change this blog to a different kind. I'll export the contents though, to another blog entitiled...I haven't thought up a name yet, so it won't be a total loss. Sorry! :(

Omen of the Stars NUMBER FOUR and Some Other Stuff

La-de-da, let's see, while flying around the 'net, I found some information on Omen of the Stars #4. It is called The Sign of the Moon and will be released December 3, 2010, though about that last part I really can not be certain. The Sign of the Moon's title was revealed by Vicky Holms on her facebook page, and she also mentioned that it was to be centered around the tribe. That sounds...I don't know. Personally, I really don't like it when suddenly and randomly, book series-es switch point of view. But that's just me. Anyways, according to some of the cats on the Warriors Forums on the main site, there will be a book about the early leaders, Shadowstar, Thunderstar, Windstar, Riverstar, and Skystar. The book will probably be titled Early Clan Days. Anyways, there's another book, Crookedstar's Secret. It will be a super edition feautring Crookedstar and why he allowed the forbidden love between Thunderclan and Riverclan. But sadly, the book's title isn't exactly correct, though Vicky hinted at that being the possible title. Also, the publish date will be sometime in 2011.
I got a lot of this information off of Wikipedia, so not all of it may be correct. But still, this gives a lot to think about.

I can see why Mousefur is sad though. It is her fault that Longtail is dead and Briarlight is paralyzed. Not that I don't like Mousefur, she's one of my favorites.
I'm nearly finished with it, got it yesterday at Barnes and Noble. Fading Echoes is one of my favorites so far though. :0 I really like Ivypaw actually, I can see her becoming a really great villian. ^^ And when Mousefur was grieving for Longtail and when Jayfeather told Briarlight that she'd never walk again, I got all teary-eyed. That almost NEVER happens when I read sad books, but it actually did. :D horray for tears!
I'm so glad Firestar found out about the Power of Three. It seemed like it was getting harder and hearder for Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Dovepaw to keep their secret.
OMG!!! I cannot wait until the next one! That is so unfair! With Ivypaw's dream from "Starclan" (in reality a mission from Tigerstar) causing the battle between Shadowclan and Thunderclan over the piece of land that Firestar gave to Blackstar that Firestar took back, Firestar losing a life, and Russetfur dying in that battle, I cannot believe that I have to wait until November! Plus, Longtail is dead, which we were all expecting Mousefur to drop, not Longtail, Briarlight being paralyzed and not being able to move her back legs and she started coughing and might die, and we still don't know whether Ivypaw is going to be evil or just confused and jealous. Please please please let night Whispers come out soon! Pretty please with a cherry on top???
I'm confused. How did Russetfur die? Nooo! Not Russetfur! She was my favorite Shadowclan cat for so long! Now I officially hate Ivypaw for leading the battle. What did Tigerstar gain from it? Russetfur? She didn't do anything bad, that I can think of. Ivypaw's just a little brat. Always whining about not getting enough attention. She's no better than Breezepelt. We didn't get Hollyleaf as a villian, we got Ivypaw.
no not exactly Hollyleaf might still be a villian. Ivypaw thinks she's talking to STARCLAN cats. She doesn't know they're bad. She thought she was doing it to save her clan. She's not whining...she's just upset because her sister is getting out of major trouble, and in a way special treatment.
Firestar certainly took on a larger role and had become a lot cooler than he has been in the past two series. He was getting so dull and I wanted him to die real bad, but now I love him again! Every chapter with Ivypaw had me clinging to my chair, muttering "Ivypaw! Ivypaw, no!" For some reason I found the first dream she met Hawkfrost in utterly hillarious. He was so...un-Hawkfrost. That tom's sure sneaky! I feel really bad for Briarlight. The poor thing, I just wanted to cuddle her and squeeze her <3 And RIP Longtail. May he find endless moons of peace in Starclan. And...GOOOOOOOOOOO Mistystar! Mistyfoot was my favorite character (alongside Cinderpelt) from the Original Series, and when I read Mistystar for the first time I just paused and read it over and over again. Like mother, like daughter. She'll be an amazing leader. I also loved the shippings. LionxCinder (:D) ToadxBlossom (Epic) RosexFox (I've always wanted this to happen) and TigerxDove (This was real obvious in the fourth apprentice, but I loved it anyways) I noticed there was a hint of IvyxToad...and I know Ivy and Blossom don't get along too well, so I'm hoping for some rivalry there. The scene with Jayfeather and Starclan played out great. Starclan's hunting grounds sound gourgeous. :D The humor was great, too. It really adds something to the books. "Whitewing? No...just...no" was my favorite line. I started laughing out loud. The final battle was one of the most fun battles I've read in warriors. I like how Thunderclan was using the trees. I thought it was strange how Russetfur just goes like "BLARGDEAD" but as you said, I guess we'll find out in Night Whispers. I'm really excited for the next book! November is suuuuuuuuch a long wait, I don't know if I can LIVE that long. Make sure we get lots of delicious spoilers and hints in the meantime. At least we'll have Skyclan's destiny to look forward to in the summer.
I bet Russetfur was just so weak from being sick that her neck/spine cracked when Lionblaze ramed into her. Honestly, I'm glad she's dead, although Russetstar would've sound cool. Make room for Rowanclaw or Tawnypelt as deputy. :D Any more spoilers Kate?
WHAT? Way not cool, Kate. YOU JUST LEAVE US AT THE END OF A BATTLE THAT STUPID IVYPAW MADE UP? I mean, COME ON! Not even a preview of Night Whispers? not even a page? And why did you have to kill Russetfur? She was one of the evilest cats in the book and I <3 her! I=] But still? WHY? WHY kill all my favorite cats? >:(
So I really hate to admit this but I was rooting for Longtail to be the one alive when the tree fell. He's been around so long and I really didn't know Briarpaw at all...when he was the dead one I was dissapointed and I thought Vicky would've killed a young cat to be more evil. BUT when poor briar was paralyzed I understood. It was way more evil to make a young cat crippled for the rest of her life than an old cat who was already an elder.
The way this is going I don't see it to be too hard for Tigerstar to tell Ivypaw that he's evil and kill Dovepaw. Ivypaw has to be the most easily manipulated cat in the series. I mean even when he was an apprentice Firestar could see problems with Tigerst-I mean Tigerclaw and Tigerst-claw was alive then. Maybe her jealousy is turning her into a Hollyleaf, which would mean. the good news it that even if Tigerstar and Hawkfrost train her she can't beat Lionblaze. Also in Sunset it said that due to Tigerstar's training Brambleclaw and Hawkfrost were the strongest cats in the forest well Hawkfrost died. So that did change because I think that how Bramblecalw hasn't got into a fight might mean it's because he'd obviously win.

The Hollyleaf Question

Hollyleaf. The noble warrior, who was killed trying to give prey to her Clan. She died for the greater good. NOT. Hollyleaf murdered a cat, went crazy, and committed suicide, which has never happened before. So this is the question: Hollyleaf??
Hollypaw was a happy little apprentice, never anything bad or malicious about her. She never disobeyed the warrior code, and lived her life perfectly.
It was when she was a warrior that she turned dark. When she found out that her very existence was against the code that she had followed and loved for so long, she snapped and told the whole entire Gathering about them, and then she ran off and killed herself.
In Long Shadows (I think) at the end, when the Three were trapped by Ashfur in the fire, Squirrelflight had to burst their bubble by saying she wasn't their mother, that she didn't care about them. She said that to save them. I think, when Hollyleaf heard that, she started going dark, because if Squirrelflight, a Clan cat, wasn't their mother, then who was? They weren't the Three anymore, or so they thought, because Squirrelflight was their mother and she was daughter of Firestar. So Hollyleaf started to think nothing mattered anymore because she thought she wasn't Clanborn. And then when Ashfur threatened to reveal their secret, Hollyleaf killed him, thinking of him as prey, something to be eradicated for the safety of the clan, or something like that. And then, I think after she killed Ashfur, was when she went completely, utterly mad. She tried to kill her own mother, didn't seem to show any recognition to her brothers, and went right on ahead and killed herself. So she is insane. The reason I say is is beacause I belivev that Hollyleaf is still alive and will return in later books for revenge/repentance or she simply returns and is insane. And if hollyleaf returns, she'll think she's still one of the Three, which she's not. Dovepaw is. Which gets me thinking: What if Hollyleaf returned, killed Dovepaw because she was angry that another cat had supposedly taken her place, and became the third cat herself? I heard a theory like that on Sorrelpaw's blog, except in the case of Ivypaw. But who knows? I really hope Hollyleaf comes back. so that we could have a good, solid villian/something else once again in the story, and maybe a little excitement to match.

Poppyfrost's Kits & Excerpt!

Heyheyhey! I found several things at once! The names of Poppyfrost's kits, and the Fading Echoes excerpt!Fading Echoes Excerpt. And also! The names of Poppyfrost's kits are Molekit and Cherrykit. Just two, a tom and a she-kit. And I have a theory or two about them.
So what if Molekit became evil or something like that and Cherrykit remained good. OR they could both become possessed by the Dark Forest cats and become traitors to their own Clan, destroying it from the inside. THIS IS NOT FROM THE BOOK. This paragraph that I am going to write is going to be from Dovepaw's POV as Molekit & Cherrykit reveal their treachery. From my imagination.

Dovepaw watched in horror as the two kits climbed up to the highledge, pushing the weaked leader aside. The chaos in the camp was immeasurable, with blood spattered everywhere, cats fighting, and caturwauls and screeches ringing around the clearing. But when the kits stood, the camp calmed; they had an aura about them. "Hear us, Thunderclan," said Molekit in a voice that didn't belong to a kit his age. "We, the Dark Forest, are responsible for all this. Thunderclan WILL FALL!!" And with that, the two kits raced out of camp. Dovepaw could barely breathe. Thunderclan was going to fall. But then she shook herself. No. She raced towards Jayfeather and Lionblaze. Thunderclan is NOT going to fall, she thought grimly, because WE have the power to stop it.

Not very good, eh? But something like that could happen, especially with the battle with the Dark Forest just around the corner. I'm just curious...

OOTS Book Four and Seekers Info

Le gasp! I give Glow Fish full credit for this. Glow Fish found the cover and description for Night Whispers, and I just had to post it! Above is the cover for Night Whispers, and below is the blurb:

"The deadly battle between ThunderClan and ShadowClan is finally over. Now the three cats who are prophesied to hold the power of the stars in their paws—Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Dovepaw—are more determined than ever to stop the flow of evil into ThunderClan. But they will soon discover that this evil comes from places even StarClan can’t reach."

This opens a whole new window of theories, spoilers, and so much more. That must mean Thunderclan and Shadowclan have a battle sometime in Fading Echoes. That makes me speculate: Maybe there is an evil place other than the Dark Forest. It says that evil comes from places even Starclan can't reach...

OR they could mean that evil is streaming from the world of the living cats. Okay, this may sound creepy, but what if the Dark Forest cats take...possession of the Shadowclan cats' bodies and...wreak havoc. It's really creepy, but it could be true.

And the deadly battle between ThunderClan and ShadowClan: That would mean trouble with DovepawxTigerheart. Dovepaw and Tigerheart could have caused the battle; but that would only be true if they even had a romance, which could be possible.

So this was a HUGE discovery. I give Glow Fish full credit, again.

Who is the cat on the cover? It could possilbe be Firestar, because it has a ginger pelt, green eyes, but it doesn't really fit. I do not know.

Ravenpaw Theory and Super Edition Idea

Hello! I am back once again! Sorry if I haven't posted in a while, it's just that I've had a lot to do this past month! Anyways, I have just, while typing out a comment on Glow Fish's awesome blog, The Warriors Insider, (http://www.thewarriorsinsider.blogspot.com/) I just had an interesting thought.
Whatever happened to Ravenpaw? It's like whenever the Clans left for the lake, he was completely forgotten. We haven't recieved word from Thunderclan's runaway apprentice since the Clans moved away. And I really don't know what time period the Ravenpaw Manga trilogy focuses on, either before or after the Clans moved to the Lake. But here is a quote that I remember. "...It's like Ravenpaw fell off a cliff or something. Where's Ravenpaw?" And I am really curious to know what Ravenpaw is doing right now. That thought just gave me an idea.
Well, it's an idea that I have been harboring for some time now. What if some cats from the Clans made a journey back to the Old Territories to see what happened to it. And I know that the Twolegs invaded their territory, but whatever did they do to it? Did they build more twoleg nests? That theory is probably the most likely. But seriously, I think that they should make a Super Edition where some Clan cats make the journey back to the Old Territories to see just exactly what happened to their beloved home. That would be really neat. And also, maybe a Ravenpaw super edition would be a good idea. I don't know, though. So please post your thoughts, comments, feedback, and all that good stuff right here on this oh-so-very-long post.

I found some things on Night Whispers, book three in Omen of the Stars! Its title has been confirmed on Kate's blog, and it has been revealed that Flametail, the Shadowclan medicine cat apprentice, will be on the cover!!! Also, I found on Kate's blog that she would be working on OOTS#4 in February. She said that she was stil busy with OOTS3 and that she would have a whole summer to work on this year's Super Edition! I found all this on Wikipedia and Kate's blog. The Wikipedia part may not be as reliable. So toodle-oo for now!

A Thought, Night Whispers, and Fading Echoes

I just had an interesting thought: What if, when Dovepaw was a warrior, (of course) she had Tigerheart's kits? It would be rather interesting. The Dark Forest and Starclan, united through Dovepaw and Tigerheart and their kits.
I FOUND SOMETHING ON NIGHT WHISPERS!!!!!!!!! Yeah, I know it's just a snippet that probably doesn't help with much, but here it is:
Lionblaze, Jayfeather, and Dovepaw must work together and use their powers wisely, or the battle with the cats of the Dark Forest will be lost.
Now, of course, I got this on Wikipedia. Another quote:
It was also revealed on Kate Carey's blog that there will be a new point of view-a cat in another clan.
The POV of the cat from the other clan will most likely be Tigerheart- he played a big role in The Fourth Apprentice. The fact that there will be a battle between Starclan and the Dark Forest opens a whole new world of possibilities. What will happen? How will they fight it? Will the Warriors' world explode? (Not litterally!) I also found some Fading Echoes spoilers, on, of course, Wikipeidia.
Fading Echoes is told to be even darker than its prequel. There may be an incident where Lionblaze, Jayfeather clash with the cats of the Dark Forest. It is also revealed that there will be a battle between Starclan and the Dark Forest.

Dovepaw+Tigerheart+Other Spoilers

I have found evidence for the DovexTiger theory. I believe in it myself. Why? Some quotes...

Ok I would say its pretty obvious that Tigerheart is in love with Dovepaw. I am not sure if Dovepaw feels the same, but on the journey, Tigerheart was constantly padding after her.

So...it becomes apparent that yet more forbidden love is on its way. Another quote...

I think this could be interesting, a cat with supreme power falling in love with an average everyday cat, especially one with Tigerstar as an ancestor.

Forbidden love keeps happening over and over. GrayxSilver, BluexOak, LeafxCrow, and so on. Also, another quote:

Yes! I agree! I think they should have a relationship because if Lionblaze was right about Tigerheart, then it would kinda be like romeo and juliet! As in Tigerheart is with the Dark Forest "army" and Dovepaw is with Starclan. But Tigerheart has the potential to be a very sweet cat. I mean, would tigerstar run up to his friend and rub muzzles they would say goodbye? (refering to when Lionblaze and Dovepaw leave Tigerheart back at the Shadowclan camp.) Yay! I'm so excited to see what will happen!

Tigerheart definetly loves Dovepaw. He was protective of her, and said an overly intense goodbye. Although if Dovepaw will return the favor, who knows? Here's several quotes.

DovexTiger would be the first Thunder/Shadow pairing. And notice Tigerheart's name. Tigerheart, as in heart, like love. A subtle hint, but it may prove right if, or when Dovepaw and Tigerheart finally give into their love.

As you should probably already know, there MAY be a fifth series, possible titled Warriors: A New Reign, with the first book being called Chasing Stars. It might be centered on Lionblaze's and Hollyleaf's kits. No, not Lion+Holly. Lionblaze and his mate, and Hollyleaf and her mate. Just to say. But this is just a rumor; it could easily be true that there will be no fifth series at all. But I remember a quote from somewhere, and it has stuck in my mind.

...and the series goes on and on, so the Warrior Cats series can never truly end.

So I wonder what will happen? Will there be a fifth series, and maybe even a sixth? I have no clue. It's rumored that Dovepaw's warrior name will be either Dovewing or Dovefeather. I am personally going for Dovewing, although its more likely than not that it will be a three-syllable name, since Lionblaze has three syllables and Jayfeather has three also. Wait a minute... Jayfeather and Lionblaze's names have three syllables, they were triplets, (Hollyleaf) and they are part of the prophecy about the Three. Weird! Firestar and Scourge are half-brothers, and Jake is Firestar's father. Way off topic here! Also, here's the websites for Warriors from different countries!
